Meyers will make her second trip to the Olympics after winning a bronze medal with pilot Erin Pac in 2010. Meyers found out she would be returning to the Olympics hours after she and Aja Evans finished 0.13 seconds behind American teammates Jamie Greubel and Lauryn Williams in a World Cup race Jan. 19. Meyers and Evans took silver in the season finale Jan. 26, the pair's fifth medal in seven races. She finished the season ranked No. 2 in the world, one point behind Kaillie Humphries of Canada. Since the 2010 Games, Meyers has moved into the driver's seat and heads to Sochi following a very successful World Cup tour. The 2012-13 season was also a very good one for Meyers, who captured seven medals, including one gold. Meyers began the sport of bobsled in 2007 and made the national team in her rookie season. At the 2009 world championships, she teamed with driver Shauna Rohbock to win silver. Meyers played shortstop and pitched for the George Washington University softball team and was an ECAC Division I All-Star in 2007. She plays for the Mid-Michigan Ice, a professional softball team.
