  • CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: In his 13th NHL season - all with Calgary - Iginla is the franchise’s all-time leader in goals, points and games played. He has led the Flames in scoring every season since 2000-01, and had been the team’s top goal-scorer every year in that span until he tallied 35 in 2008-09, four behind Mike Cammalleri. A five-time All-Star, Iginla led the NHL with a career-high 52 goals and 96 points in 2001-02. He tied for first in the league with 41 goals in 2003-04 and captained the Flames to the Stanley Cup finals, where they lost to Tampa Bay. He reached the 50-goal mark again in 2007-08 and registered a career-high 98 points to finish third in the NHL in scoring. Iginla was a member of Canada’s gold medal-winning team at the 2002 Olympics, tallying three goals and four points in that tournament. He also represented his country at the 2006 Games.
